Review: Gates Way Walkways completed a concrete pool deck for us. Before the end of the first season, the sealer and stain used in the concrete stamping process was starting to flake. This issue has continued to get worse. They were contacted about this problem when it first occurred and came to look at it. We were told it would be taken care of when we closed the pool. That never happened, then they said they would do it at the start of the next season-again, never happened. We've tried to get them out there for the last 3 years, and they do not respond. Concrete is cracking and flaking off-its become an embarrassment. Pretty much after they were paid, the service ended.Desired Settlement: Would like them to come out and remove all the loose finish, re-stain the concrete deck and reseal.
