Paid $525 for the in class pre-licensing real estate session. As per the academy website and the instructor ***, all that’s required to successfully complete the class is 90% attendance OR a 75% on the practice exam should you MISS more than 10% of the in class coursework. *** mentioned numerous times that her practice exam at the end had no bearing on completion of the class; but, if you didn’t pass you most likely would pass the state exam. Now that the coursework is completed, *** is offended that I called her out on not having to take her practice exam which I assume she holds near and dear to her heart. *** refuses to release my information to AMP/PSI which is what allows me to take the state exam to secure my license. In turn costing me money. She has now gone dark and refuses to respond to my request for a refund or to submit my completion information.
To our knowledge this should be resolved. When we received complainants email last week we instructed *** to submit his completion to AMP and I had confirmation this was done last week Friday May 15th.
