company stated they tried basic treatment first which can include fluids The company stated the test that were performed were inexpensive. The company stated that they told the client if her dog was not better in a day or two to come back for additional testing, the company stated they did not hear from the client. The company stated since the client did not come back for additional testing, they were not given an opportunity to completely evaluate her dog The company stated that they are not able to give a refund because the doctor did not do anything wrong
