Yes, thank youI will add that I was not informed that I had to wait until the ticket was closed before I could be issued a refund until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI inquired about the refund after waiting a couple weeks and was basically told "that's weird, I'll check on that for you." When I waited even longer I felt I needed to stick up for myself and filed my complaintOver the past several months of working with Gateway I really have to wonder if communication there is efficient - at times my calls were not returned and I was then told that they were busy or didn't know that I had called - were messages not taken or were they misplaced? I was a pretty aggravated and disgruntled customer so to not have specific details relayed to me (as I'd only get even more frustrated) seems problematicSince I picked up my car from Gateway at its last visit I have NOT received the "check gas cap" alert so knock on wood that seems to be resolvedThe check engine light will come on randomly but I am choosing to ignore thatI really don't want to ever return to Gateway

Billed for a non-covered service after telling us it was cleared with insurance and covered
My husband went to FRMC for physical therapy for his backHe called to make sure services were covered by insurance and FRMC physical therapy department said they called the insurance and it was coveredWhen he had therapy, they provided an electric stim therapy each visit and he asked again before the first treatment if it was covered and was told it wasIt was not and we got billed $each service for a total of times from 9/29-10/Had we been told it was out of pocket he would not have opted to have this service done, but was told it was covered and should be performed for pain managementI called the hospital to tell them what happened and that we felt we should have been told it wasn't covered and asked if we wanted it if we had to pay out of pocket, all they offered was 20% off and suggested we contact insuranceWe filed an appeal with our insurance company and explained and t

understand the frustration as the car was not what was wanted when he had arrived, but the claims that the vehicle was damaged, poorly repaired and falsely misinterpreted are incorrect. We have made several attempts be compensated for the drive and time loss offering fuel and one hundred dollars. Despite our attempts to compensate he has still continued pursuing trying to slander Gateway's name by posting negative reviews and feedback on multiple sites (Facebook, DealerRater etc..) and threatened to get the attorney general of not only ND but NE involved as well. When the threats of Attorney General involvement were made our sales person was instructed to have him refer any further correspondence to our attorneys. This was not enough so he sent a complaint to you, We feel we have done nothing wrong and attempted to make a fair compensation to no avail.

I am asking for 500.00 dollars compensation and the reviews posted are factual and despite their attempts to misrepresent this vehicle, the vehicle was admittedly involved in an accident on the lot (admitted by Mgr on Chevrolet side..Mr. [redacted]) and repaired in their body shop poorly. Despite their attempts to claim it had a clean carfax, it is because some dealers and body shops do not report damage....especially when it affects their bottom line. This will not be settled unail I receive the compensation stated. The attorney generals of both states were contacted for information only and there is and will be no pending or potential litigation on my part concerning this matter.

WE REFUNDED HER THE
$460.66, WE COULD NOT REFUND UNTIL THE REPAIR ORDER CLOSED. THE REPAIR ORDER CLOSED TODAY FROM GENERAL MOTORS.
WE AT GATEWAY DID EVERYTHING WE COULD TO ASSIST IN THE REPAIR OF THE VEHCLE USING ALL OF OUR RESOURCES. GATEWAY...

WORKED DIRECTLY WITH GENERAL MOTORS INCLUDING HAVING A GM ENGINEER BROUGHT IN. THE REPAIR WAS NOT A SIMPLE STRAIGHT FORWARD REPAIR. APPROX $3000 DOLLARS WAS INVESTED INTO REPAIRING THE VEHICLE WITH THE CUSTOMER ONLY PAYING APPROX $350 FOR THE FIRST VISIT. I FEEL GATEWAY WAS AN ADVOCATE FOR THE CUSOTMER TO GET GM TO TAKE CARE OF THE REPAIR. ALSO THE CUSTOMER WAS PUT INTO A VEHICLE THE ENTIRE TIME HER VEHICLE WAS IN FOR REPAIR AT NO COST TO HER. GATEWAY PAID FOR THAT. SOMETIMES THINGS DON'T GO AS SMOOTH AS THEY SHOULD BUT THAT IS THE REALITY OF LIFE.

Mr. [redacted] arrived at Gateway on Feb 5th for an oil change. He was checked in by an advisor. Mr. [redacted] chose a Dexos oil change $39.95 up to 5 quarts (clearly stated). We state "up to 5 quarts" due to the extreme high amount of engine...

configurations auto manufactures offer. In the automotive and retail industry, taxes and fee's are handled at check out. The $3.00 fee for oil and filter disposal, which is charged by many shops is to pay to dispose of the waste. We did offer to refund Mr. [redacted] the $3.00 if he took his waste oil and filter with him. The tax cannot be pre-calculated because we do not know how much oil the vehicle uses at time of check in. I informed Mr. [redacted] of this. Our oil change prices are fairly and competitively priced compared to other auto shops in the area. We complete approx. 2,000 oil changes a month and few other customers have had a concern with how the oil changes are priced. I tried to speak with Mr. [redacted] while he was at Gateway but he would only swear at myself and our cashiers. He even threw is Credit Card at the cashier. While he was leaving he was being extremely rude and continued swearing at employees. We tried to explain all of this to him but he refused to listen. I checked other shops online and they offer the same pricing "up to 5 quarts" with disposal fees. So when Mr. [redacted] stated no other shops charge it, he is mistaken as I know they do. This situation is unfortunate and we did our best to assist Mr. [redacted].

whatever ,never threw credit card except down on desk and said it was the last time they would get any of my money .was never told I could take my filter with just that it was fedral mandate that I pay 3.00 for disposal.yes I said it was f[redacted]ing bull[redacted]t to luke on my wayout if thats the way they treat me and if luke wants to tell lies thats fine .I will never ever give gateway .01 cent ever again which is concerning to me only because I still have a waranty.I will be contacting genral motors in detroit and I can tell lies too if thats how gateway wants to be .In conclussion maybee the Revdex.com should talk to owner brad [redacted] and tell him how luke is costing him costomers.
