I sold my 72' Ford F100 Pickup to this dealership on September 13th of 2019 for $3,000, the owner gave me a $500 down payment on it and I stored it while he got things in order to come pick it up. On November 21st, he finally came to pick up the vehicle and at this time he was supposed to finish paying the remaining $2,500. He did a bank to bank transfer and only paid $2,000 on 11/21/19. My wife did verify that the funds had been transferred from the bank but she wasn't aware of the amount that should have been going in there. She thought $2,000 was the amount needed. I contacted him once I found this out and he said he was going to take care of it but that hasn't happened yet and it's now February and I'm still waiting. I have contacted him several times since the initial payment and have been trying to keep an open dialogue but I need the remaining $500.
We made a clerical error regarding this purchase, we give our deepest apology for any inconvenience this may have caused, we will reach out to the consumer and provide the $500.00 they are owed.

I filed a complain against Gateway Bronco for not paying me all the money that they owed me. You, Revdex.com accepted and sent a letter to them. That got them off center and they sent me a check for $500 that they owed me. They asked me to talk to you and take the complaint off of their record and I told them I would because I received my money. I would like to have you take it off the complaint #***.
