Great service, wonderful experience

Selling a home in one state and buying another in another state on a contingency basis is a very stressful endeavor. Determining the best time to put the home on the market and at what price is the first hurdle to clear and it's a high one. How to advertise its availability is another daunting task.

We were very fortunate to come across Gateway California Realty and John N[redacted] who made the entire process run smoothly with a minimum of confusion.

John's knowledge, experience, communication and relationship building skills, topped off with exceptional professionalism made our moving experience a much more delightful one than it might otherwise have been. He relates extremely well with potential buyers primarily because he's a good listener and quickly identifies what the buyers are looking for so he won't waste any of the their time showing them property that doesn't meet their requirements.

I have just completed the sale of a property using Gateway California Realty as my Broker. John N[redacted] was great to work with. He explained the process to us completely and patiently answered all our questions. When we received multiple offers John came by and thoroughly went over each of them with us pointing out the positives and the potential negatives of each offer. We definitely felt we made an informed decision when we chose which offer to accept. John was able to close our deal with a 15 day escrow.
The property we sold was a rental property and we were somewhat troubled that our tenant (who had been a great tenant) would be displaced. John was able to find a buyer who not only wanted to keep our tenant in the property but was extremely happy to have such a well vetted tenant. I had not enjoyed such great service from real estate brokers in the past. If I have need of real estate help in the future, John N[redacted] is the only call I will make.
