Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/19) */ This statement is totally untrue .We did the work and he was well satisfied.We have never been contacted by Mr [redacted] once are even spoken to him till we got this complaint from Revdex.com.Mr [redacted] promblem is he has hired A tree service in and now he wants our company to pay for it.Our work was completely finshed at the time of service no one is going to completely pay you if the job wasn't totally finished and he wasn't satisfied .There should be a law for falsly accusing and lieing and frauding companys as this man has .Every thing he has said is a LIE

I sent a text October 12th and you called and said a money order was sentI explained I did not received it and you said when you return from out of town you will get it to me

This customer would not let me finish the job It was nothing to do with not enough Asphalt he was very rude and belligerent and bossy and told me to leave he didn't want me to do his job the contractor is not always in fault and it is customers like this that ruins our credibility the customer was a know it all so he should had done it his self instead of hiring a professional and he is the Liar and thief I feel very sorry for him he will go through a lot of hard lessons in life with that bad attitude

I came out to look at his Driveway and He showed me what he wanted done I gave him a great price to do a first class Job He accepted we did the Asphalt work This man is Impossibly to work for are satisfied Iam a professional he is not We put him in a great job and he is a know it all every time I talk to this guy he had some big story to tell me that I was a liar if it came to Asphalt being available if it came to the ground being to wet after the flood what ever the situation was this Guy all he knew how to do was insult me and call me a liar very disrespectful Then months later this guy started all this there was a very very small piece that I needed to finish up and this guy told me to get my equipment and leave and he would not allow me to do my job I have the Text to prove it Now he has his job done and he wants a free job there is about $left in work to complete the job and I will give him the $back but as far as for me working for this guy ever again I will not never again I have took all The insults and disrespect from this guy that Iam going to take And another thing far as me writing a bad check to a Asphalt plant I have not Are far as me owning a Asphalt plant I do not One time out of years of Laying Asphalt a guy that I was working for wrote the bad check to the Asphalt plant and I paid for it and for generations my dad my grandfather and me has lived here and brought and laid Asphalt from these Asphalt Plants and has never owed them one dime re wrote a bad check so before you go around making allegations you better know what you are talking about because Iam thinking about legal Action for allegations and slander

I am rejecting this response because:*** has still made no contact with us regarding reimbursement or completion of the job In his response he contradicts himself and states that the job is done and in the next breath states that "there was a very very small piece that I needed to finish up" He' states that he was told to get his equipment and leave, his equipment arrived on March 24, it entailed flatbed trailers, a skid steer, a dump truck, a paver and a roller, ( all with expired tags I might add) he was asked to move it as we needed to get a cattle trailer into our farm and his equipment was blocking the way He removed it on May 22, after it sitting there for months and no attempt to finish up "the small small part' he claims is leftOn May he sent the following text message "we are going to finish the job we only got a little peace to do you seen we where there Monday to finish job but asphalt plant did not run and said it might be sometime next week but I'll call you when we are coming" This is the last we have heard from him There is no other conclusion that can be reached other than this man took our money and DID NOT USE IT TO FINISH OUR JOB As far as him not writing a bad cheque, he currently has a case pending which was filed on 5/31/regarding him passing a bad cheque for over $ As far as his denial regarding not paying the Asphalt companies, neither *** *** *** *** *** will not do business with him given his bad credit, refer to the motion filed against him by ** *** Contracting on 7/8/2015, this is just one of his page record on Missouri Case Net As it stands currently, we will be getting bids to finish the job by a reputable Asphalt company and expect to be reimbursed the difference from *** and hope that no one else falls prey to his swindling ways

I would just like to say that I bought all the materials for this job Then he wanted to cancel the contract because he got someone else to do it when I went back when the flood was over to do his job he had hired someone else to do it that was cheaper and breached the contract and I was stuck with
all the materials then when my grandmother was dying he sent me text messages and voice messages and was leaving count downs on my phone saying he was going to my barn and stealing my stuff out of it and that's just what he did he stole my property I have the text and voicemails to prove it when I was out of town with my dying grandmother and he has the nerve to get on here and ask for his money back he is the only *** and lying *** the only one going to jail is him my company for over 30-years has had great name till I have to deal with *** like you recently that has got on here telling lies and wanted free jobs are something for nothing trying to Ruin our Business and the only one you need to worry about burning in hell is your self you are a *** a *** If someone has his dad number I would appreciate it if I could get it to tell him that he has raised a *** *** **t of a son that is a real piece of *** it takes a lot of nerve to steal from someone and then get on here leaving statements it takes just what he is A *** *** *** *** that signed a contract and backed out of it and then stole my property I would call that first class Trash

I would like to respond to her claim .I graded and prep the driveway .I salted and sprayed for grass heavily 2 x before we chip sealed .The Job was done correctly and also I went back out there and sprayed for grass again and the job looks great...

so who ever she got to say the job was done wrong she must have paid them and if not they don't know nothing about chip seal .I would not recommend for no one to work for her .we did the work correctly and the Job looks great and as a matter of fact no one can completely stop grass from coming up and it grows through concrete she is looking for a free job after over a year .

I am rejecting this response because:The business owner in response to our previous complaint on Revdex.com stated "I will give him the $800.00" on 7/10/2017.  We have not received it and in him not following through with that makes him a liar and the farthest thing from being professional.

The money is in the mail but this man is the liar he made me leave of his job because apparently he thought he know it all and he was the professional wanting to tell me how to do my job why did he even waste my time to hire me this customer will learn quickly what being a know it all will get you in life nothing because every one he comes across will tell him since he knows so much do it your self

We did send the refund to this customer
