8/21/ID ***Harry's Auto Sales and Service *** *** *** *** *** ** ***To whom it may concern,Customer purchased a Pontiac G-on March 3rd, for $7,with $down plus DOC/State feesPayments were set up for $every Saturday.*** had an appointment
March 26th, 2015; complaint was check engine light was onThe car ran goodOn June 2nd, 2015, customer stated there was a hesitation and the vehicle bucked but only on rainy nightsWe were unable to duplicate the problemCar ran goodOn June 10th, customer had appointment for a free oil change, they had no complaints.As to the statement of phone calls, they are reminders that the customer had/has payments dueShe is currently $behind with a new payment due on or before August 22nd, When we call her about payments she responds that her hours at work were cut and what is she supposed to doOur reply is make arrangements to make the payments on time.Lastly, the car has never been towed to usIt is unknown to us where the vehicle is being towed to.Thank You,
