I've been to Gateway for different tests in the last weeks The first was a CT scan and the technician was great He was professional, gracious, thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect Unfortunately, I don't remember his name He was terrificThis was on 07/
Yesterday, 08/I had an ultra sound and later the same day I had a pelvic sonogram *** was my technician for both procedures Again, very professional, kind and extremely courteous during procedures that aren't always fun, especially if you are concerned about your health I was never embarrassed or uncomfortable *** also explained in great detail what to expect and to me that's a huge benefitI don't want to caught off guard
I would highly recommend the staff at Gateway!!!

They honor your appointment time Have very little wait time Always professional

My experience with Gateway was very positive The facility was very niceEveryone was professional yet cordial They explained the process so I knew what to expect and I was in and out pretty quickly The thing that most impressed me was how quickly the results were sent to my doctor

I've had to have several tests done and Gateway performed them allEvery time I was treated excellentlyThere was no waiting like at other places and the technicians were VERY personalI am extremely claustrophobic and my technician took the time to get me acclimated to my confinement without forcing me to deal with itI would HIGHLY recommend Gateway to anyone

Very personal. Very clean and comfortable. Got in quick and was out as fast. Only wish they offered a copy of results once they're in like other places do. Hounding my PCP for a moment of her time to tell me results is exhausting and half the time futile. But the Frisco facility is class all the way!
