A Gateway team member accidentally chose the incorrect insurance plan from a drop-down menu resulting in the wrong quote. In an effort to make this right by you we have taken the following steps:We have pulled back the claim from your insurance providerWe will honor the Cash Pay Rate we had previously quoted youWe have written-off the remaining $so you do not owe Gateway anything more than you've already paidWe have updated your account in our billing software to show a $balance to ensure you do not get another bill. Note: this was done on 2-19-so if you were to receive another statement it likely was printed before the 19th and is not reflective of the $balance.I hope you find this resolution satisfactory and I sincerely apologize for the hassle we've caused you.
