I ALWAYS request the Gateway on Alston in FW for my MRI's. Great techs, great experience. DO NOT GO TO THE WEATHERFORD LOCATION FOR AN MRI!!!! HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE!!!!! I do use the Weatherford location for other imaging needs because it is a lot closer to me. The staff there are friendly, seem competent. Due to my condition, I've had several MRI's and none of them were pleasant. But at the Alston Gateway Imaging it was at least tolerable to have headphones with your choice of music piped in and the technician talking to you keeping you updated on how much longer you had to finish the test. I've learned my lesson. I know which location to request for my MRI's.

Hello and thank you for the great feedback on our Fort Worth facility. It's always encouraging to know we've met or exceeded our patient's expectations. On that note, I'm so sorry you've found that our Weatherford MRI process doesn't meet our standards. We are actively working with our team at that location (and all of the others) to improve customer service and enhance the patient experience. One step we are taking in Weatherford is to add a second MRI machine by the end of 2019. Our hope is that with the second system we can better accommodate our patient's schedules. It sounds like your poor experience was more than just a limited schedule so, I've asked our regional manager to reach out to you shortly to hear a little bit more about how we fell short in Weatherford. My Primary Physician, sent me to Gateway Diagnostics on Alston Ave. Fort Worth, TX. For swelling of my left leg. When I arrived they were pretty busy, but were able to see me in a reasonable amount of time. The young lady that performed the Sonaogram, told me what she was doing and explained the entire process. When the procedure was complete, she excused herself to speak with the Doctor. They returned shortly and asked what I was to do after the test. I didn't have a clue. he informed me he would call my Physician. A short time later he returned and informed me that my Primary Dr. told me to go Baylor ER.
He also provided me a CD of the procedure on my right leg, soi I could take with me to the ER.
I was admitted to Baylor with a Blood Clot, but was impressed with the Helpfulness of Gateway Diagnostics. Seems to me, they went above and beyond for my care.

I have visited Gateway Diagnostics primarily in Weatherford, which truly has the best customer service, but I’ve also been to the Frisco and Fort Worth location. I’ve never experienced anything but exceptional customer service, from the employees who answer the phone, the employees at the front desk, and the technicians who have performed my MRI’s, CT scans, and x-rays. And believe me, I’m practically a frequent flyer due to all my surgeries!

Gateway Diagnostic Imaging LLC in Weatherford, TX is absolutely WONDERFUL. You are treated like royalty from the front desk back to the testing area. People are friendly, helpful, and respectful. I have horrible veins, instead of several people sticking me time after time, they ask more than one person to check, and the last one did the stick and found the vein perfectly with no pain! I love this place and won't go anywhere else!
