Review: December 16th 2013 I put a deposit down on my own personal frames to have the lens made and inserted. on Dec.16th 2013 I was told insurance issue and a refund would be issued Friday (when accountant)was in.I returned call on the following Monday Dec 23 2013 and was again told person was out ill and Friday would be issued. I requested to pick check up in person not to mail. I got no response again and left several messages over weekend requesting status of my refund which was taken off my debit card, they said they have to issue check for refund? today is jan 7th and I again called about the status of a refund since dec 16th and was told sometime next week. What type of customer service is this and where is my money sitting? Are they scamming me? I asked why since I have been told different stories ..who is the accountant and whom is responsible for my refund? Has anyone else had a problem with them? they also changed their name and address. I need some help resolving this long process. they could of in my opinion wrote me a check that day. they took my money the same day. sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: refund my money quickly has been 25 days since thy said they couldn't help me. where is my deposit money sitting that I need to wait 4 weeks for it? can they not just put it back on the debit card I used at their business?
