respect. I wrote a incident warning letter and retrained this employee on customer care and customer satisfaction. Also I attempted to reach out to [redacted] by phone on Friday the 21st. I left her a message that I would be more then happy to refund the amount that she ask for.  I also would like to tell her that she did not talk to the owner or the store manager at the time of the incident.
