Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12595242, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: After further investigating this judgement This was for the ***, that truck was returned with a mutual verbal agreement between the dealership and myself because I had major problems with the vehicle I was stranded on the highway twice with the vehicle and many repairs had to be done That was years ago and I never once was served and I did not make a $payment since this judgment that I had no idea of I also would like to retract the statement of GFS making hard inquiries on my credit report That was not your company and I apologize for that statementBut this is ridiculous a company or a man is nothing without their word Regards, [redacted] ***

Financial Solutions (GFS) provides indirect automobile financing to our customers by purchasing retail installment sales contracts from automobile dealershipsUnfortunately, Ms*** did fall delinquent on her contractual payments and GFS did obtain a Civil Judgment for the balance owed on the account as allowed by Michigan lawThe original default judgment was granted on 09/25/in the amount of $5,Ms*** was mailed a copy of this judgment by the 54th District Court of Michigan on 09/25/to the last known address GFS had on file for Ms***After the judgment was in place one payment in the amount of $was received by GFSLeaving a balance of $5,owed to GFSPer Michigan law a Civil Judgment is in place for years and is renewable for additional years if there is still an outstanding balanceDue to this fact and the remaining balance on the account, on 08/16/GFS requested an Ex Parte Motion and Order to Renew JudgmentThis request was granted by the Court and the Civil Judgment was renewed on 08/22/2016. Ms*** was mailed a copy of this renewal by the Court to the last address GFS had on file for Ms***This renewal has extended the original Civil Judgment until 08/16/On 11/20/GFS requested a wage garnishment from the court which was granted and then sent to DHL Global Mail, Ms***’s current employerUnder Michigan law GFS has the ability to charge 13% interest on the outstanding balance of the judgmentGFS has chosen to charge Ms*** 0% interest on her outstanding balance which is why the balance owed GFS has not increased since the judgment was originally grantedAt this time, we believe that Ms***’s concerns have been addressedShould you have any additional questions feel free to contact GFSSincerely, *** ***, Controller

indirect automobile financing to our customers by purchasing retail installment sales contracts from automobile dealershipsMs*** had mechanical issues with the vehicle what was financed and decided that she did not want to have the repairs completed and asked GFS to repossess the vehicleGFS repossessed the vehicle as requested and sent all required repossession notices As per GFS policy, the repossession status is reported to the credit bureausSome credit bureaus will reflect a repossessed vehicle as a closed loan, this is not something that GFS has any input on, GFS reports the repossession status and the credit bureaus reflect the information, I would encourage Ms*** to contact the credit bureau if she would like additional information on this Ms *** was extended an offer by GFS to reduce her interest rate and payment amount in an effort to pay for the deficiency balance on the loanHowever, part of this agreement was that the first payment of $was due on 6/16/and no payments have been received from Ms*** since 5/2/and the deficiency balance offer has expired I would also like to address Ms***’s statement that she signed up for a new online profile with GFSOn 7/31/Ms***’s account was delinquent and moved to the GFS legal departmentA portion of this process is to give Ms*** a new account number which creates an online profile in an effort to allow Ms*** the option to make on line payment for the balance of her loan At this time, we believe that Ms***’s concerns have been addressedIf she would like to call GFS to make arraignments for payment of her deficiency balance she can reach our customer service department at 989-790-

After further investigating this judgement.  This was for the [redacted], that truck was returned with a mutual verbal agreement between the dealership and myself because I had major problems with the vehicle.  I was stranded on the highway twice with the vehicle and many repairs had to be done.  That was 12 years ago and I never once was served and I did not make a $200.00 payment since this judgment that I had no idea of.  I also would like to retract the statement of GFS making hard inquiries on my credit report.  That was not your company and I apologize for that statement. But this is ridiculous a company or a man is nothing without their word.

I have not been contacted by either company stating that I was no longer in a binding contract with either company or has anyone from Right Way reach out to me to resolve this issue I have been in contact with a lawyer who is looking over this matter and looking to see if the can sue each company not only for the lemon car that they sold me but also consumer fraud . I will be reaching out to Right Way as well Gateway on 11-23-16 to see if I am out of a contact with them and that my money is return to me but as to date I have not receive any communication from either  company so that matter is not resolve.
