Called Gateway Garage Doors to get an estimate to install a WiFi Garage Door opener on a commercial building Tim responded immediately and provided the lowest estimate Upon acceptance, Tim was able to come out the very next day, installed the opener within a couple of hours, programmed phones and vehicles, and went through all instructions He communicated with us at all times so we knew when he was coming and is extremely neat and professional His estimate was spot on and he did not try to upsell He gave us exactly what we wanted and it works perfectly! I contacted Tim on a holiday weekend, and while he was willing and prepared (he had a new garage door opener available to install) to work on the holiday, he felt my issue wasn't an emergency and could wait (saving me money) until he was open for business He determined my opener did not need replacing at that time and performed maintenance with improved its performance and should extend its lifespan I will definitely call Tim/Gateway when I need a new opener He was professional, pleasant and knew his business
