Very unprofessional, rude, [redacted] Lies to clients about the services that will be provided just to get the case. Tried to send unqualified inexperienced staff from their group homes into the home to care for a medically fragile client without any training. The agency is the worst nightmare we've had in the 20 years we've had home healthcare. They said they could provide shift nursing with LPN's and they don't even have certification[redacted] I would NEVER recommend to anyone!
