We have contacted guest asking for details of who they are so we can email the pictures. The media files are only divided by days not customers
On 24 August, we took a Deluxe Tour at 1:30PM from the ***.
Before the flight, the male ground crew member took our photo.
Upon return from the flight, the same ground crew member took off on a refueling mission with either the sim card or the camera.
The female ground crew member took $15 and my email address with a commitment to email me the photos that were taken prior to take-off.
I have filed two requests for the photos on the company's web-site.
I have called twice. I have emailed twice. I have received no photos...and no responses.
