I am not able to refund $1,but I am willing to help him any way I can.? If he is unhappy with the workmanship I’ve done, I am willing to rectify this.? I will call him to try to come to a resolution

response "I will call him to try to come to a resolution”, his actions speak louder than words.? His response was written on 6/20/16.? It is now 6/28/and I have not received any phone calls from Mr***.? I called him four times over the course of days prior to submitting my original complaint.? I had also sent him text messages on three additional dates prior to filing the complaint requesting that he fix the issue.? On three of those occasions he stated he would come and fix the issues by the end of week; he failed to keep his promises on all occasions.? His lack of action states that he has no intent to fix the multiple issues.? I ask again for a $1,refund so that I can fix the drain tile to the state which he originally promised to install it
