[redacted] Attached you will find the original refund sent to Dover Federal Credit Union, along with another refund to be applied to Mr. [redacted] loan balance. Both checks have been cashed. They total $2009.00 as requested. I included the electronic endorsements as well. Thank you. [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The amount that they are saying was returned of...
$745 was not the correct amount. And again Dover Federal Credit is still claiming to have not received any check from Diamond Motor Sports. Please review the attached documents as proof of the emails that I sent to DMS requesting a refund for parts and labor, Gap insurance and a service contract totaling $2,009 not $745.00. Parts and Labor are $534.00, Gap Insurance is another $534.00 and the service contract is $941.00 totaling $2,009 to be refunded to me not $745.00. Please adjust the amount and speak with Dover Federal Credit regarding this check that they claim they have not received. This has been an issue for over 7 months now and should not still be unresolved. I would like this amount corrected immediately and applied to my account. As you can see from the emails this request was sent to Diamond Motor Sports on February 7, 2017 four days after purchasing the motorcycle, and well within the 30 day period that I am allotted to cancel any and all warranty and extra charges. Please resolve this matter immediately! I have made numerous attempts over the past seven months to resolve this problem on my own but with it still not being taken care I am afraid that I will be forced to take legal action if it is not resolved soon.
