I just refinanced my Texas house with Jennifer [redacted] of Gateway Mortgage. She did an AWESOME job!! If only buying my house would have been this easy. I called her a while back about refinancing, but the numbers weren’t in my favor, and she suggested that I wait—so very honest. The next time I called, the numbers were much better and I went forward. She was very helpful throughout the process and she didn’t mind answering all kinds of questions. She was also very patient even when I would hang up and call her back 3 minutes later with another question. She explained everything in terms I could understand and made me feel comfortable. It was easy, we closed early and the numbers were even better than what she quoted me at the beginning. I would highly recommend Jennifer [redacted] to anyone!!
