I purchased a car for some north of 4,000 and nearly a month after the car stopped running. Once it was repaired I had several issues trying to register the car. the latest issue involved the DMV telling me that I would not be able to register the car because the sellers Sales License was expired. After contacting the seller, he was rude and did not give me a date for when the license would be renewed so that I could register the vehicle. Essentially, I was scammed out of 4,000 which puts me into a financial hole as I am a graduate student.
