I was promised to have my money fully returned. They have not returned $246.40
I purchased a 2000 [redacted] on 7/31/2012 - the very 1st day I had issues with it. I returned the very same day, they tried to tell me it was the strut and to bring it back on Thurs. Weds drove it to work leaked oil 2.5 qts had to be added. Returned that day.

I didn't get to pick it up until Sat. The problem was still there. I did not have the car a full week without some kind of problem.

The car came with a 30 day powertrain warranty - the issue was a hesitation when accelerating the car would pulse. Very scary didn't know if it was going to die right then.

I took it back 6 times, they tried to tell me that's just the way the car is. Feeding me a line a crap to get me to live with it.

My father went in to see what was going on my very last week of the warranty. They were dinking around trying to said they can't find what's wrong it. So Dad got them to agree to give my money back.

I called my bank for the pay off - which was a lot less than what I paid. Since I put money down at the bank. I was told it would be in the bank on Sep 5th - that was when the first payment was due. It never cleared the bank. So I paid the first payment, because I didn't want to receive bad credit for believing [redacted] was going to take care of it.

I did give them 3 options...fix the car, find me another car, or return my money.

They were holding on to my money hoping to find me another car, but they didn't really work with me. They didn't even bother wanting to know what I really needed, they were just trying to stay in the ballpark of what I paid for the other vehicle.

They did finally pay all but $246.40 of my purchase.

I was told I would be paid for everything.

I have tried to get in contact, they are not answering me.

My next step will be a lawyer, if necessary.
