Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On May 25, I filed a complaint with Wilhoit Property Corporate OfficesDue to [redacted] and [redacted] failure to respond to the written and verbal complaints made to [redacted] has provided a statement, [redacted] and [redacted] were called multiple times by myself and my daughter [redacted] , we also made the required written complaints, we left messages on the emergency call line and the regular business lineOn different occasions I and [redacted] were told by Midland, Texas Wilhoit staff "do not call, we will contact you." [redacted] and [redacted] did not contact management as she stated, Corporate contacted [redacted] and [redacted] because I faxed a complaint to Wilhoit Corporate officesThe maintenance man with Wilhoit Property in Big Spring, Texas was sent and requested by Corporate, not [redacted] [redacted] 's allegations that the filter was filthy is false, I replace that filter monthlyThe air conditioner was not set at 60, the air conditioner is set at sometimes down to 72, I did not and have not ever damaged any thing in that apartmentIt was mentioned in conversation by the maintenance men [redacted] and [redacted] hired are not licensed in air conditioning and plumbing but kept getting sent over so that the property did not have to pay a professional licensed employee I have requested the carpet be cleaned each time I renew my lease and It has NOT been done, I was advised by housing authority staff that if you request each time the Lease is renewed then it should be cleaned and paid by the Property Manager/ownerThe Midland Wilhoit property has changed Maintenance staff often it is hard to keep up with the maintenance but I remember him stating he did not know how to clean carpet.In regards to the confidentiality, the down stairs neighbor that moved in approximately over one year ago is from my home town in Fort Stockton, several months later I was advised by [redacted] , that ' [redacted] from Fort Stockton, Texas was hired as the Midland Texas Wilhoit assistant thanks to her best friend [redacted] ***", [redacted] lives down stairs from me that is from Fort Stockton [redacted] stated "wow there is Fort Stockton people I know." At the time I did not know that [redacted] did not like meI was later informed by people in Fort Stockton that did not know where I lived before, now had personal information about me and my living arrangements, because [redacted] was inquiring about me to them and advised them that she worked for Gateway Plaza apartments and provided confidential information, that only Wilhoit staff would knowWhile [redacted] and [redacted] are trying to give [redacted] information about me to get me evicted due to their own personal issues, [redacted] is breaking and breaching confidentiality by talking to the public about my lease and confidential information[redacted] did tell me that they told her I got marriedI advised her at one time that my boyfriend was visiting on his days off and it was no more than daysMy daughter has a boyfriend too but he does not live in the apartment with usI have pictures I can provide where many tenants have people not on the lease and [redacted] and [redacted] are aware and [redacted] is not trying to evict them, are they investing all the time in them as they are me and my family? Retaliation-HarassmentIt is sad to say that I did not know [redacted] and [redacted] disliked me and are attempting to get me evicted [redacted] and I did not have any problems before [redacted] became her assistantI know back when the leak started in D102, D202, & D [redacted] thought I was aware of the leak and her daughter Lilly years of age was messaging my daughter [redacted] on social media being rude about the leakI called [redacted] and she knew it was an internal leak within the walls and pipes where I had no knowledge, but I don't believe she told the other tenant, and maybe that is why she is madThe lack of professionalism by the property staff is unacceptableThe first time I received a call from the Regional Wilhoit staff was today 6/23/I did tell Ms [redacted] I was aware she called the Big Spring Wilhoit property and had the maintenance man fix the air conditioner unitI advised her of [redacted] breach of confidentiality contract by discussing my confidential information with people from Fort Stockton, Texas, that should not have the information she provided themIt appears that [redacted] is retaliating due to my complaint, I do not see why she is upset with me, I made the proper calls to her and ***, I provided the written notices to her and ***, I followed up continuously, I was left with no choice but to go to the next level which was corporate, Revdex.com, and Housing authorityI am a bit surprised because it appears that they ( [redacted] , ***, [redacted] (down stairs neighbor/best friend to ***) are retaliating.I respectfully request that I be informed of action taken, I respectfully request the electric bill be paid for the dates acknowledged by Corporate staffI do hope that all other tenants be treated with professionalism and respectIf I may have left something unanswered I can respond or submit anything needed or requestedI again respectfully request no retaliation or harassment from Wilhoit Staff or Wilhoit residents.Regards, [redacted]

I am in receipt of your complaint dated 06/16/2016. According to her complaint, there were unresolved maintenance issues concerning her air conditioning Please see attached timeline provided by the
property manager, *** *** on our process of resolving her issuesThe item was repaired on 6/17/I personally spoke with Ms*** on 6/23/and verified her air condition was repaired last week If I can be of further assistance, please respond in writing and your request will be reviewedTell us why here
