Review: I AM COMPLAINTING ABOUT THIS GARAGE ,BECAUSE THIS SITUATION HAS HAPPENED TO ME ONES
BEFORE TODAY MORNING.
SO, MY HUSBAND HAS THE CAR AT THIS GARAGE FOR A MONTHLY USE.
AND OUR ACCOUNT IS ON ELECTRONIC PAYMENT.
BECAUSE MY HUSBAND CHANGED HIS CREDIT CARD THE PAYMENT WAS NOT MADE.(AS OF TODAY LATE
13 DAYS).
I USE THE CAR 3 TIMES DURING THE WEEK . TO TAKE AND PICK UP MY KIDS FROM SCHOOL IN
BROOKLYN.
THEY DIDN'T TELL US ANYTHING ABOUT THE BILL BEEING LATE BUT IN AN EMAIL FORMAT.
MY HUSBAND IS NOT A COMPUTER SAVVY AND DONT LIKE COMPUTERS .
SO, I WENT DOWNSTAIR TODAY MORNING WITH MY KIDS TO BRING THEN TO SCHOOL AND THEY SIMPLY
HOLD MY KEY AND TOLD ME TO GO TO THE OFFICE.
I HAD NO IDEA OF THE PROBLEM AND THIS DRASTIC ATTITUDE OF HOLDING THE KEYS FOR
SOMETHING THAT WAS NO COMMUNICATED "NO ONES BEFORE".
I HAD NO TIME AT THAT MOMENT TO GO TO THE OFFICE AND MY KIDS ARE TO LITTLE TO BE WAITING
FOR ME AT THE BUSY GARAGE.
I WILL HAVE TO CALL MY HUSBAND AND HAVE THEN GIVE ME THE CAR I DONT KNOW HOW LONG AFTER.
I END UP TAKING A TAXI THAT COST ME $25.00 AND 2 RIDES OF SUBWAY TO GET BACK TO NY.
I DECIDE TO CALL THE GARAGE OFFICE AND TALK ABOUT THE SITUATION.
SO THE MANAGER TOLD ME IS THEY POLICY . IN MY ALMOST 20 YEARS IN NYC USING A GARAGE NEVER
HAD THIS APPROACH FOR A LATE BILL.
THEY COMMUNICATE WITH US BY BILLING BY MAIL,OR A PHONE OR EVEN A NOTE IN THE WINDOW OF
THE CAR.
MY TAKE ON THIS IS .NO EVERYONE IS SO TECH THOSE DAY. THEY SHOULD BE HAVE OTHER WAYS TO
COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER BEFORE TAKING AN DRASTIC ACTION LIKE THAT.
THEY KNOW I HAVE KIDS AND THEY COULD EASILY TALK TO ME ABOUT AND WHEN I CAME BACK TO
GIVE THE CAR BACK I WOULD IT GO TO THE OFFICE TO TAKE CARE THE PROBLEM.
PLUS THEY DID THAT TO ME AT THE FIRST TIME BACK IN FEBRUARY IN A VERY VERY COLD MORNING
AND I WAS HELPLESS FOR 30 MINUTES WITH THE KIDS FRIZZING IN THE CAR WITHOUT THE KEYS AND
LATE FOR SCHOOL, AND TOP OF THAT COULDN'T FIND MY HUSBAND IN THE PHONE BECAUSE HE WAS
WAY IN A BUSINESS TRIP .
HE ALSO SAID HE HAD NO IDEA OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE CARD AT THAT TIME .NO ONE CONTACTED
HIM ABOUT IT.

RECEIVED THE MONEY I SPEND USING THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THIS MORNING.
MY CAB WAS $24.30 AND MY 2 SUBWAY TRIP BACK TO NYC $5,50 FARE BACK FOR TODAYS INCIDENT
