Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They never got back with me on a timely matter and they then ran another application on another tenant which is unprofessionalMitch then told me he had other properties and said he had vacancy all the timeI feel robbed and mislead they then told me another application has been approved and still they haven't ran my creditI been ask for a refund before they ran my credit and once I've complained then they said they had ran my credit and then denied me after I explained my credit situation I'm entitled to a refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello, We ran her credit and gave her and adverse action letter She subsequently contacted her credit card company and disputed the charge Her application fee was returned to her through that process We responded to the dispute and I believe that is pending Thanks

From: [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] @yahoo.com] Sent: Sunday, February 11, 1:PM To: [redacted] Subject: id number [redacted] I just found out when I called the management because the renter give me the finger and they new my name and that I made a complaint to you I don't care if they are family or not I well make a complaint if they are harassing me and having problems and they are not going to do anything because they are family and they are disputing the complaint because they said it was all on me that I have started all this I do not make complaints about people unless I need to I had nothing but problems with them I been told I can't look out my window or even go out side with out them saying anything to me regardless if there family or not the management needs to take care of the complaints I have not talked to them since last year I am done of them blaming me for one complaint I made they are no good management they couldn't have a business this complaint could be handle like all complaint no matter if it is family or not and it was Jared who told me they are disputing this because they are a business and I could get help because they are family and I couldn't be complaineing about them if there was no problems with them I wouldn't but when I get Rats and they have garbage and cars that will house the Rats yes I will complaint about it so you all are telling me just because they are family I can't make a complaint so I have to deal with the all the harasement from them and the Rats I don't think so I have lived here with no problems of Rats or anything until they moved in so nothing is going to be done from you are the management because they are disputing it because the renters lied and blamed me for harassing them I can see why no one makes a complaint if they are owners and have lived here with no problems until they move in and now having problems its not the renter at blame its the owner I can see where they have there priorities its the owner that is wrong I am tried of all the harassing I am getting from them and when I look out side they give me the finger I have not said anything to them I want them out I can't go outside with out them mouthing of to me so since they are disputing it I guess I have to deal with are of this because this management in low life management I will make sure if anyone else has problems with any bussness not to complained to Revdex.com I heard it you make a complaint you don't give out there names I guess I was wrong so I guess I well let people now that you do give out names I am just done with the whole thing its the renters and the owners are at blames if I ever have to use the Revdex.com again for anything I won't because it don't matter yes I am very upset with the hole thing you have no I clue so I can see they get away with all this a black mark on you site don't mean a thing the owners get harassed and the renter gets nothing and this is so ridiculous how Jared can tell me I need help and I can't make a complaint because they are family and I am the blame for it all well I guess if anyone that is a owner don't make a complaint because you won't get help from Revdex.com or the management your the blame the owners renters or not so I will wait for a email if you send one but I know how this is going I was told bye Jared the management so all I have to say is thanks for nothing [redacted]

Hello, we are aware of the issues with the tenants and have been in contact with them about cleaning up the grounds as well as the interior Due to the housing crisis in Portland we will not be terminating tenancies without cause We hope they are able to become better neighbors and that
personal differences can be worked out without further escalationThe local authorities offer dispute resolution services for neighbors who are unable to get along

Hello, We ran her credit and gave her and adverse action letter.  She subsequently contacted her credit card company and disputed the charge.  Her application fee was returned to her through that process.   We responded to the dispute and I believe that is pending.  Thanks.

Mitch then told me he had other properties and said he had vacancy all the time. I been ask for a refund before they ran my credit and once I've complained then they said they had ran my credit and then denied me after I explained my credit situation I'm entitled to a refund.
