02/13/- I'm not a roofer so I don't really know what to look for except new shingles when I agreed that the work was done satisfactorily Also, the extra work they performed for us is also failing and falling off the house The company that reviewed the work was [redacted] They were the ones that fixed the damage to my neighbors' houses I have pictures of all the problems they found and will send them to you I also have a copy of my original contract with Gateway with all the work they agreed to do and I'll send you a copy of that There hasn't been any known leaks yet but it's been pretty dry since the repairs were done I would like Gateway to refund my payment ($6050) so I can get my roof fixed properly or, if they have gotten their act together, they can come redo it 03/27/10:- Well it's unfortunate you haven't been able to get a hold of them but I guess that makes two of us I understand you'll be closing this complaint but I hope it shows up on their record that I'm unhappy with them and their work
