First, there is a difference from when she placed the order and when she was approved for financing Second, at the time of quote,(before she was approved for financing) there was not a problem in getting the equipment around the time she needed it for classesThird, her dad showed up to pick
up equipment and the trailer was not big enough for everything We still have the mats here for her/him to pick up I sent an email saying they are here ready to be picked up The remaining equipment she is referring to should be shipping this week or first of next week We will not show her our costs, she has an invoice showing what items she ordered and what she paid for each item We cannot issue a refund We do not have any voicemails from her, there have been a few emails but we responded to them with the information we had at the time

She ordered everything on July 25, a check was cut from the funding source Aug 10.  We placed the order for everything on August 11.  No one is holding up her equipment.  What reason would we have to sit on it?  At the time of her ordering July 25, everything was on track for delivery by early September.  In the 3 weeks it took to get documents signed, production times changed, that is out of my control.  I have been in contact with [redacted], as well has [redacted], they are making her items and will ship when everything is complete.  I talked to them last night at 4:45pm and they were doing what they could to get it out the door ASAP.As far as the[2] 5' x 10' x 8" demo mats, they are here waiting to schedule a time to be picked up.  [redacted] UPDATE  [redacted] says it should ship today.  They are sewing one lst cover and will try to get it out the door today.  i will send tracking info when I get it.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was approved for financing on August 10th and the funds were overnighted that evening.  I had not called [redacted] since the last time I called in September and he returned my call with an email instead so I figured emailing was the best way to reach him.  I had sent him an email on September 20th with the subject line of "Still Waiting", in this email I had asked about the rest of my equipment and when it was going to be delivered since it was already past the deadline I had given of September 5th, which I was never told of a delay.  I had actually called the company myself to see if the orders had even been placed since it was taking so long but got no where since I did not have the P.O. numbers.  I received a response on September 22nd stating that the rest of the equipment was coming from [redacted] and would ship midweek the following week.  It is now October 24th, I still do not have my remaining equipment that I needed on September 5th and I have not had clear communication as to what was going on at all.  Lack of communication has completely destroyed my faith in this company that I paid $16,842.06 to.  I am completely ready to back all of my statements up with printed emails and facts to support my argument.  I feel as a customer, I was lied to and left with no information unless I asked for it, had I been updated and told about what was going on this would not be happening but I wasn't.  This is completely unacceptable and I have our lawyer ready to go if I do not have my equipment by next week.
