Mr [redacted] was advised what would be necessary to repair his vehicle We explained exactly what would have to be done in order to repair his vehicle and was giving the go ahead by Mr [redacted] to do the necessary repairs When a customer signs the work order then and only then will we do any work on any customers vehicleI have attached the work order and pictures of the old parts that needed to be replaced as well as the ROAs we were giving the go ahead to do the repairs, I do not see a need to refund anything to Mr [redacted] as this is the cost to repair Mr [redacted] 's vehicle

I had my vehicle towed to Gateway Tire for alternator repair which I was quoted parts & laborThe owner then called & said that I would need a new radiator because there was a screw that wouldn't come off, & that they needed the radiator off to get to the alternatorHe then said that would be plus more dollars, I then told him don't worry about it & that I would come & retrieve my vehicleHe magically was able to do the job, when I went to retrieve my vehicle they had drained the radiator & not filled it back, so I drove for days with no antifreeze & also the somehow cracked my mass air flow sensorI called immediately & the owner said that it wasn't going to hurt anything & the car would be fine, I asked why didn't you all at least "tell me" if it was so harmless...no answerHe then proceeded to tell me to bring the car back to see why there was no antifreeze I explained to him that I didn't have a leak before I brought the car in

I brought in my Chevrolet Lumina March 22, to repair the rear drivers side wheelI did sign paperwork, but was never given an estimate for the repair. 
I was not until after the repair was done that I was told about the fee and given a bill for $634, which I paid

Last yr on 3/9/I got my car fixed by Gateway Tire & Car Care Center because my check engine light was onIt was determined the issue was my catalytic converterI paid $to have the repair doneI also had Gateway Tire & Car Care Center do my emissions testing as wellMy check engine light was off when I pulled off the lot but within a week it came back onI contacted Gateway to find out what the problem wasThey said I'd have to drop my car off for them to investigateI did not have the luxury of going without my vehicle so I let it goI got my check engine light checked again this year by another shop and it was AGAIN determined to be the catalytic converterI discussed the previous repair from Gateway and was told I over paid for the service and that I should not have needed to have the catalytic converter repaired again within a yearI was able to confirm this with a family mechanic as wellI found my receipt and it looks as though I was overcharged for the partI went back to Gateway with my step father and discussed the part and serviceThe owner offered to replace the catalytic converter after pulling it in and inspectingI was told that the service would be free and covered under warrantyI was told to come get my car today but I was told I would have to pay $because there was just too much work to doI asked my step father to try to find out what the $charge was for and the owner talked badly to my stepfather and used profane languageThis is not the way anyone should be treated by a business
