Gateway Tire & Service Center #24

I purchased four new tires and had an alignment done. The alignment was fairly good with the exception that when you let go of the wheel the car goes left, into oncoming traffic. I had always heard (and 40 years of experience tells me) the car should pull right, away from oncoming traffic. My biggest concern is that after the alignment the steering wheel is now crooked. What is supposed to be the top center of the steering wheel is several degrees off. If you drive with yours hands in the 10 & 2 positions, You are now driving at 11 &3. When I took the car back all they would say is that their alignment system was very well calibrated. After arguing for several minutes, I decided it was best to just leave because they had no intention of fixing it.
