to get Mr. [redacted]s shipment to destination by the RDD and that our phone system (which is in process of being replaced) had him on hold for 4 hours when we had no knowledge that he was holding.   We hope that Mr. [redacted] accepts our apology and will work with us to obtain a more positive result during the final phase of his move.   Thank you, Gateways International, Inc.
