Sent: Thursday, May 17, 10:AM There was a complaint filed against Gatlin’s BBQ by a gentlemen by the name of [redacted] submitted on 2/12/The ID number is [redacted] The complaint was regarding his inability of finding resolve in the utilization of an old gift card which expiredThe customer was unaware of the amount awarded yet was not sure how he expected the card to be honored There was no way for Gatlin’s BBQ to determine the award amount on the gift card because the systems changed and all ownership were aware of its expirationThe owners attempted to allow the customer to use the card for a recommended amount and he was still not happyThere have been several attempts to contact this gentlemen on both contact numbers provided by the Revdex.com and he cannot be reachedThe organization is willing to provide him with the standard amount of $for a free meal and drink at their establishmentDue to his inability to respond to any of the several attempts Gatlin’s BBQ has made over the last days to contact him regarding this matter, we are closing this matter out on our end and wish to ensure that your office is informed of our practice attempts towards resolution

The owners attempted to allow the customer to use the card for a recommended amount and he was still not happy. There have been several attempts to contact this gentlemen on both contact numbers provided by the Revdex.com and he cannot be reached. The organization is willing to provide him with the standard amount of $25.00 for a free meal and drink at their establishment. Due to his inability to respond to any of the several attempts Gatlin’s BBQ has made over the last 90 days to contact him regarding this matter, we are closing this matter out on our end and wish to ensure that your office is informed of our practice attempts towards resolution.
