Gator Clean

We had C[redacted] and D[redacted] do their Colorseal on our tile grout in our kitchen, laundry and breakfast nook in October 2013. We were quoted $60 per year for them to come back to maintain their warranty. This October 2014 when we had them back for the floor warranty, they charged twice as much ($120) then dropped it to $100 when I confronted them. They also “cleaned” our 2 bedroom carpets again, but charged $80 in 2014 compared to $60 in 2013.

They quoted to Colorseal our shower tile grout for $500 and to replace the caulk for $50 more. In Nov 2014 we had them do the shower tile. They charged us $600 for the Colorseal and discounted it $50 to match the quote. However they never touched the moldy caulk.

Then when we called to get them back on December 16th to correct deficiencies in the workmanship of the sealing, D[redacted] said she would call me back later in the week when she got her 2015 calendar. She never called back. I called her again on January 5th, she had excuses galore as their tech help quit just before Christmas, C[redacted] is moving this week, booked solid until following week. She is not customer orientated or else she would have returned my first call of discontent.

Finally they came on January 16th to “look” at the job. I told them to do it right while they were here. They claimed to recoat 75% of grout lines again, but it still looks the same. I did not think I would have to stand over them to make sure they did what they said they did.

They originally did a good job in 2013, but have become too greedy and full of excuses, raising the contracted yearly warranty charge, and would not return to fix their work without continually calling her.

We are not satisfied with the quality of their latest work and the second time of carpet cleaning and treatment, even though we were charged extra for it. The carpets did not look any better.
