Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution, I was falsely charged with out my consent or knowledge for items that should have been included in original purchase "business" never responded to more than numerous calls and messages I can only assume they knew they ripped me off and refused to man up to their shady business practices this is a dishonest operation

The replacement machine was sent via Fed Ex on 11/9/and was delivered on 11/14/2017. I will have someone contact her today to make sure the broken machine is ready for pickup.*** ***

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint On 5/18/16...after I said that I was not going to pay for the part...Justin sent me a email that stated "OKI will return your parts today"After that I sent ane email requesting a partial refundI received no respond....On 5/25/I sent an email stating that I received back a different part than the one I sent and asking for a partial refund...I received NO RESPONSE ...againI was NEVER informed about that being an old part from his inventory???? Not sure ....what to believe....I still would like a patrtial refund and he can have the machine back.

The response from Justin is not correct.  As I said in my complaint if they were not going to send a check just send back the machine as they said they would.  I did call several times but was willing to wait for the check.  Justin said the check had been mailed out on Friday and I did not call him again till Wednesday just letting him know the check had not arrived.  Two days later I received my machine back.  If he had sent a check why would he return the machine?  I thought I was very patient since all this had been going on for 2 months.  He is also being very dishonest about not having the carry case and the case for the batteries.  He said to me himself when he called to tell me they would buy the machine that he had received the other two items. I sent the machine and cases at the same time.  The machine does me no good without the carry case. I cannot believe this man has stayed in business as dishonest as he is !!!! [redacted]

This unit was provided to a third party company, who then provided it to Mr. [redacted]. We are aware ofthe situation, and would be happy to replace it. We have been in contact with the third party companymultiple times, and provided them all necessary paperwork to exchange the unit. We are simply...

I have been told that there would be a replacement coming and nothing ever came. I will never do business with this company ever again. They have given us the run around, this is the second time I have to complain about the same issue.

After purchasing the latest piece of equipment the seller did not provide necessary power cord for machine.  when I first called the owner said he would mail me the missing cord.  after a month, the cord showed up they had charged me with out my consent and after telling me they would provided the cord as a "courtesy" even though there should have been one included in the purchase.  I never gave them my card information for that charge and they must have kept the card number because I was charged without my knowledge.  I then began calling about 50 times and left close to a dozen messages over a month long period to try to resolve this matter.  This should have been easy to take care of but they never returned any of my calls or messages. I would have been happy to discuss the problem with them but they refused to respond to complaints or  provided any customer service.  I have never had a more unprofessional experience from a business and would warn others to look else where and avoid this business.

Good afternoon,We have been providing reliable oxygen equipment to canine breeders since 1993. We fully understand the urgency of delivering oxygen to newborn puppies to help them survive, as it is very common for them to not survive without supplemental oxygen.Before this initial order was placed,...

our customer stated they already had an oxygen machine, and that it was behaving weird and giving odd alarms. They decided to buy another unit since they didn't trust the one they already had.The first unit they received was alarming. We decided to immediately replace it with another unit of a different model to make sure they got the best quality unit possible. We did not charge them the extra costs associated with the upgrade. We wanted to help with their new delivery of puppies.Upon receiving the first "damaged" back unit to our office, it is working correctly, as it should. However, the warranty replacement unit that was sent is apparently giving the same issues. This is very uncommon, so it appears that somehow this equipment is incompatible with how it is being used in this particular setup. We could send 10 more machines, but they would likely behave the same way.We have provided the customer with a full refund as of 9-28-17 and they should have it shortly.

I was told that before  a unit would be sent out, and the old one was to be placed in the box for pick-up by [redacted]. As long as this is done quickly, I have no problem with that condition. I need it as of yesterday, I'm still borrowing one that I have to return to our sister clinic soon, that leaves me short. We have 20 stations and  two are not enough for daily use, this is why I had to borrow one. I will be patient a little longer, but this has been so many months already.

I am sorry for your poor experience. All equipment you have had a bad experience with has come direct from a Manufacturers warranty repair center. We have tried to be as fair as possible with gettingyour equipment repaired by the warranty center in a timely fashion. We have not tried to sell you...

anyadditional equipment. The only time you have had topurchase anything from us was if your equipment hasOUT of warranty and needed repair by theManufacturers repair center, or if you needed areplacement power cord that you lost, and transferhose that you had broken a fitting on. We do not store customer credit car information. The only way we can charge a customer is if they give us their card information towards a purchase.- Justin

We have replaced our customers faulty part free of charge even though it was out of warranty.  We will not take this unit back.  We will not offer a refund.  We have went above an beyond the warranty to repair this unit and feel no further action is required.
