We ordered a Gator Grip bath mat (Order #12137 on 17 Oct 2019) for my elderly father living in Maine. I live in Arizona and although the shipping receipt shows that they sent the product to the proper Maine address as I directed, the package showed up at my house in Arizona. There is no way to give feedback on errors or problems on their website. I tried sending an email to the sales department (e-mail address [email protected]) and got an undeliverable error. Sent another e-mail to the company account ([email protected]) and have received no reply. Tried calling the number from their website ((916) 207-5480 in Sacramento). When the phone is answered there is a message that simply says "leave a message". There is no identification that you reached the company you have called. I have left a couple messages and have received no reply. Clearly, this company is more concerned about moving product and not following through with proper service or standing by their product. I welcome some personal communication from the company to resolve this issue.

Review: I returned gator grip product 10/2015 in its original box totally unused . I have usps receipt that verified the delivery . Gator grip will not refund my &190.15 nor any amount . Gator grip refuses to respond to direct phone calls or emails . Gator grip charge$50 shipping even though sticker on box stated &13 charge for shipping. The product was returned to [redacted] . There have been many attempts on my part to resolve this matter but this company is very vindictive about returns and refuses to resolve this matter. Respectfully [redacted]Desired Settlement: Credit my citi bank business card or send refund check .

Review: This seller does not stand behind their products. You pay $50 for a bath mat and it becomes unstuck from the tub. [redacted] who is the owner of the company says on their website they guarantee their product, want to make every customer happy and states these bath mats are long lasting ! My mat was down 5 months, it was put on correctly and worked for a few months. Now it has pulled up about 1/4 of the mat from the tub. I emailed her. She will not send another, she will not guarantee her product and her word means nothing. Her words to me were "there is nothing that can be done." BAD BUSINESS - Nobody should shop GATORGRIP. She sells junk and gets away with it.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or replacement. I prefer a refund. I purchased it through her Etsy account via paypal/creditcard.

Hi - We have tried to work with Nancy. We did offer to give her a discount on a new bathtub mat. We do offer refund, replacement or exchange up to 30 days....not 6 months. We do stand behind our product, but after almost 6 months she emails us for a refund or a replacement? As we explained to her we do say that our bathtub mats are long lasting, but we can not guarantee how long that will be for each customer it is different. We don't know how she has been cleaning it, if her kids pulled it up or a house cleaner?
