I understand it is a service, but the service that was provided was not satisfactory (not even close). I was getting my nails done for a certain event (happening the day I was there) and I had to remove the polish that I did get before I went to the event, because it looked so bad. Getting them fixed now will not help (the event has already happened). I am only asking that I receive a refund for the money that I paid for the service (not including tip), as the service I received was a complete wast of money since it had to be removed (and I couldn't go back to get it fixed in time for the event).

Because we are a service based industry, it is our policy not to provide refunds, but we would fix her nails if she comes back.
