verbally expressed and given in writing to the customer on his "invoice". This is also stated in writing on our website www.gatorpit.net "Order Policy". In writing in two different locations provided and verbally stated to the customer. "Change Orders" will cause delays in customer's orders. This customer did make "changes" to his order. At that time, he had no complaint about a ready time, as he was adding additional custom features to his order. These additions/changes had to be figured into our ongoing production line/time. And, he increased the costs of his order. The customer's order has been ready to ship. Customer had been advised of the balance due and "ready to ship" via phone and email. Unfortunately, the customer is not willing to pay the remaining balance due, in order for us to ship his order/custom Grill. As of this response, we are still awaiting final payment (costs incurred due to his "changes to the order) from the customer, in order to ship his order.
