This customer started service with us in October 2012, years ago, not almost years agoIn October she purchased one gallon cart and requested service for one gallon cartWe missed her trash on 10-5-and went back to get it the next dayAt the end of we had to start enforcing our
limits on trash because most of our customers were putting out unlimited trashThis customer did not like the fact that she will have to pay more to set out two gallon cartsShe asked to be cancelled at the end of November On 11-24-she called back to restart the service and we continue to pick up her trashSo I really don't know why she filed this complaintEvery invoice that we mail out states that prices are subject to change without noticeWe do not lock our residential customers into a contract if they what to cancel they can do it at anytime
