I had a gate installed by this company in January. I have been in touch with the company since then as the gate is not level. I have two 4 x 4 and one 8 x 8 as well as scrap fencing at the bottom of the gate to keep my dogs in the yard and to keep other animals out of the yard. They came to install without the proper fittings and bolts. Very disappointed. I sent pictures to the company and was told two weeks ago someone would be out to make the repairs. No contact.

Repair Repair of what is wrong with the gate/fence.
I am *** one of the owners of Gator Fence and I greatly apologize for the poor communication with Mr & Mrs***. Customer service is a priority for us as well as proper craftsmanship of our products and services. In this instance unfortunately that was not the case. As an owner I take the blame for this and appreciate the opportunity to learn from this situation and make sure it does not happen again.
We have been in contact with the homeowners and we have rectified the problems they were having with the gate. They have expressed satisfaction although it should not have taken so long to fix this problem.
