Review: I ordered a dress on February 5, 2015. When I ordered the dress, the store owner ([redacted]) indicated that since I am a repeat customer and I purchased my dress so early, Alterations will be included.When the dress came in, we went to the dress shop for a fitting. The dress needed to be hemmed, taken in on the side and the straps shortented.I called on May 4th to see if the dress was ready for pick up. They stated that it was ready so we went to pick it up on May 6th. When we went to pick up the dress, the sides and straps were not fixed. The seamstress indicated that she had a wedding that weekend and would not be able to fix the dress as promised.I called the store owner a few times, she did not call back. I called again on Friday, May 8th and she said that she could not help us. I told her that I was filing a complaint wtihthe Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the cost of the dress plus any and all aggrivation - she made us pay fo the dress in full when we ordered it and she did not provide the services promised.
