Review: 2003 Harley has bad front brakes, lost brakes 3 times on last trip. Dealers indicate brakes need to be upgraded but Harley refuses. Severe safety issue
Continuously loose front brake. All dealers indicated that this system was junk. My opinion it is downright unsafe. Dealers indicate the whole system should be replaced. However Harley wont stand behind it.There is currently 20,000 miles on the bike. I paid to have the Front master Cylender replaced at 10,000 miles.I have paid to have them bled looked at four times on a recent trip to Canada.I have all the bills. I talked to Harley Davidson customer service several times with no satisfaction. The dealers indicate that they cannot do anything without authorization. Again, this is a serious safety issue that needs to be addresses by Harley Davidson. I have four other Harley's and have no brake problem.Desired Settlement: I want my brakes upgraded by Harley Davidson. I should also be refunded for my expenses.

We are an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer, and do not have it in our power to over ride the
manufacturer, Harley-Davidson, regarding the customer’s request to redesign, upgrade, or replace his
brake system. As the customer stated he has talked to several Harley-Davison dealers, and as a dealer
we do not have the authority or authorization to satisfy his request. This should be referred to the
manufacturer.
Review: I was issued a refund for a motorcycle warranty but the sales tax was not refunded to me. I contacted the company several times requesting the refund of the sales tax but have never received the refund.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $66.50.
