The change in customers insurance parameters were a condition of his contract with the financing company as spelled out in the contract that customer agreed toWe do not attempt to change the insurance coverage without the customers knowledge, after calling numerous times to attempt to get the customer to correct the issue, salesperson attempted to accomplish a way call with the insurance agent making the call, customer disconnected when he realized our salesperson was on the lineIt is our understanding that customer was convinced by insurance agent to correct the issue, specifically that the customer agreed to having no more than a $1,deductible as a condition of the financing company

I don't think we're going to come to an agreement We have some fundamental differences of opinion The 4x4, towing, mud flaps, cross bars, and running boards were part of the 4Runner I flew in to purchase I paid extra to have the flaps and cross bars added You need the running boards to get to the cross bars That too is fundamental I've already installed a set that cost $ I attached the paperwork from the vehicle which included the 4x4, boards, and towing I added the cross bars and mud flaps The other photo I attached was actually an interaction with another dealer about what the running boards would cost since the vehicle I was looking at didn't have them.There were so many avoidable issues with this purchase, let alone a total waste of my time, that for me to still leave without what I needed, is infuriating They need a better system or management[redacted]

you can really do and since I have contacted them repeatedly and they have not made it right it is likely that they will not respond to your notifying them By all means do so if it is the process I would like the public to be aware of what this dealer did before making a purchase with them Perhaps my ordeal can help someone else be prepared in knowing what to watch for in dealing with this seller I have also been in touch with my local attorney general's office and DMV regarding the issue Thank you for your help If there is something more I need to provide please let me know.Thank you,

We did have a bad situation that we more than compensated for by selling the customer a new vehicle at a multi thousand dollar loss, to provide a vehicle within the customers budget, there is no more negotiation on this vehicle

we have had a number of issues with this transaction, sorry that the customer was caught in the 'crossfire" suffice it to say that we no longer do business with Empower Credit UnionWe have refunded the customers money as well as an amount to re-imburse her for her expenses

Revdex.com:i have phone records proving they didnt notify me but 1 time as rated earlier. Also they accepted my insurance since they had the binder which is standard in any vehicle sales. It also doesn’t change their beyond shady tactics of having false reviews posted on Facebook to try and make up for their horrible business tactics. The numerous other filings with the Revdex.com also back up my complaints and drive home the point of their shady history. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I don't think we're going to come to an agreement.  We have some fundamental differences of opinion.  The 4x4, towing, mud flaps, cross bars, and running boards were part of the 2011 4Runner I flew in to purchase.  I paid extra to have the flaps and cross bars added.  You need the running boards to get to the cross bars.  That too is fundamental.  I've already installed a set that cost $325.  I attached the paperwork from the 2011 vehicle which included the 4x4, boards, and towing.  I added the cross bars and mud flaps.  The other photo I attached was actually an interaction with another dealer about what the running boards would cost since the vehicle I was looking at didn't have them.There were so many avoidable issues with this purchase, let alone a total waste of my time, that for me to still leave without what I needed, is infuriating.  They need a better system or management.[redacted]

To rectify the situation we sold the costomer abrand new vehicle at a substantial loss, there is no more negotition.
