Ms [redacted] canceled the order for a special order she made for a dress . She decided she didn't wanted the dress and never picked up the product, as a result of cancellscto she lost the deposit of the dress. We have an agreement she signed,all sales are final no exchanges no refund in any...

I am rejecting this response because:The merchant is fabricating what occurred. I never decided that I didn't want the dress or canceled the order. The dress did not arrive on the date as promised. The merchant promised a full refund of my deposit if it didn't arrive by when needed and then declined to do so when that occurred. The merchant indicates that I was signing a layaway agreement which didn't apply to me and a payment with credit voucher which also didn't apply to me. I never agreed to forfeit my deposit. The manger and I had a verbal agreement that the deposit would be refunded and I want my refund.
