try to price match parts, and all parts put on the customer's vehicle were OE parts, and none of them were after-market partsAfter a month, the bumper popped off, and the insurance company stated that because there is nothing wrong with the bumper, or the work that was done, and as it's an issue with *** that has occurred in other vehicles, they would not pay for another bumperThe business offered to shim the bumper to keep it from popping off, but the customer declined to have that doneThe business has stated that they've contacted a *** dealership, and that it is a *** issue, but that *** will not warranty the partThe business stated that there is not an issue with the work they did, but this is a plastic bumper that is an OE part from ***, and it is a *** issue that has occurred in other vehiclesThe business stated they are unable to continue purchasing bumpers to replace the current one that will all do the same thing because it is an issue with ***'s bumpers at a loss to their business, because the customer's insurance will not pay for another replacement bumper
