I had wind damage to my commercial building and home, and Bear Roof worked long and hard to fix the damage, going above and beyond to do extra things, spend extra time to make sure it was done well and we were dry They were courteous, explained everything, and I really enjoyed working with them I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any roofing problem
We had our roof replaced by Bear Roofing about months agoEverything went wellEveryone we dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeableWe were not asked to pay up front90% of the job was completed the first dayThey cleaned up all of their mess, layed plastic over plants to keep them safe, and we only found a hand full of nails in the yard (expected)We had leaks around our chimney before they came out, and we have had no leaks or problems since the roof replacementI would highly recommend this company

Bear Roofing has been a nightmare to deal withWe hired Bear Roofing last year to fix a minor leakThey told us that it was a roofing issue and that they could fix itUnfortunately, we thought the leak was fixed and we paid them in fullWith each heavy rain this year we have had to call them to come back to fix the same leakWhat was a minor leak has now become a huge leak over the year The last roofing crew, Bear Roofing, sent to our house to fix the leak told me that the flashing had not properly been put back on the roofThey were told to patch the problem, but not to fix them problem correctly This week I have had to called them back to come fix the leak againNow they are telling me it is not a roofing problem and they are not qualified to fix the leakThey have also told us not to call them back and to only contact them through their lawyersThe owner of the company has never come on site to inspect the situation We tried to be fair and ask for 75% of our money back, so we can call a reliable roofing company and pay them to fix the problemThe owner of the company will not talk with us about resolving the situationWe are only aloud to speak with the very rude receptionist This has become a nightmare! Please consider this experience before you hire Bear Roofing
