After reviewing the complaint, I consulted with our security, the head of security (Greg ***), and other employees involved I myself had witnessed the situation The policy of removing ALL people involved in any type of altercation has been in affect since 2008, when the business
changed hands We regret the loss of your business, but we need to maintain order inside the club If you wish to come in and claim your entrance fee, please feel free to do so
