Review: On 8.6.13 I dropped off my motor home to be checked out. [redacted] the mechanic went out to the homeAnd I showed him what I wanted done. I then went inside and met [redacted]. He wrote the work orderand ask me how soon I wanted it back. I told [redacted] I needed it back by 8.13.13 he said that wouldnot be a problem.also what was my limit I said 500.00 dollars and [redacted] wrote it on the work order. On sat 8.10,13 I went to there shop to check on a auto leveling system (price) And to check on there progress. [redacted] wrote my request on a piece of paper to give to [redacted] on Monday and told me someone will call me with a price I could not check on the progress because [redacted] could not find my work order. No one called me on Monday!I was suppose to pick it up on8.13.13 They were not finished.On 8.29 13 they called me to pick up my motor home. The lights were not fixed inside or outside. This is Labor day weekend. I ask [redacted] about the lights. He looked at the home and seen they were not fixed. When it came to pay my bill it was 1067.75.I gave them a limit of 500.00. [redacted] could not push me out of the door fast enough. as it was4:46 pm. I have been in touch with [redacted] twice and left A voice with the owner. I have had noResponse from either one. Gayle Kline owes me 567.75 I can't afford to pay for there mistakes.Desired Settlement: I want my 567.75 refunded as I did not approve any amount over 500.00.

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] dropped off a 15 year old unit that he bought used privately. It was not in the best condition. He did not know how to use the items on the motor home. The lights were repaired and working, but the customer did not know how to plug in the unit to the electric. That is why the lights did not work. When the customer picked up the unit he wanted someone to show him how to use the motorhome’s sewer hook-up, the generator, the LP fill, and water hook-up. He did not know anything about operating a motorhome. [redacted] did show the customer how to get the lights to work, with the generator and the 110 hook up, where the items were kept and also a quick lesson on how to use the items that he asked about. The sewer system was very clogged up from the previous owner. We spent more time on it than we charged the customer for. The unit was not completely finished, but the customer picked it up twice for weekend use, and brought it back when he was finished with it. [redacted] did call the customer and discussed the additional repairs he needed. Therefore, the customer knew what the repairs were. He did not even ask for a price. He said, “ if that is what is needed, then okay do it.” We did the many repairs on the unit. The customer wanted to have a price to install a leveling system on the unit, which cost around $5600. In addition to the normal going over the unit, the fuel line to the generator was brittle and leaking, the roof needed to be sealed in a lot of places, the water system needed to be flushed and sanitized in order to use it. When the customer picked up the unit [redacted] went over the bill with them. He explained that the added repairs and the extra problem with the systems, were the reason for the additional cost. The customer made no complaint of the bill at the time of pick up.
