What made the piece so special is that it remained sealed for decades. Buyer opened a case with [redacted] for a refund, however [redacted] found in my favor since the item had been altered. An [redacted] representative also agreed with me that the buyer should not be allowed to return the item and given a refund based on the circumstances. I offer 14 day refunds on [redacted] items, as long as they are returned in the same condition as they are purchased and not altered. I have been selling on [redacted] for over 20 years and my feedback rating is spectacular."[redacted]
