Guest was given same room what she booked for and even on that it says its a twin bed with pull out couch. Guest was unhappy with the room and she did complained at front desk and clerk working on front offered here another room but she didn't want another room and even upon checking guest in front...

desk clerk told her that Tv was not working and she was ok with it. Even she was offered refund as soon as she checked in but she did not accept that offer and then all of sudden at 9 pm she decided she don't want to stay here and wanted refund back at that time we couldn't refund for that night as she was there till 9pm. Her 4 nights were refunded. Even she had 2 dogs which she never mentioned at front desk nor she paid pet fee for those dogs.

It is September 11th and I have not heard any word from the general manager from the Baymont Inn or anyone from Wyndham corporate offices
