Review: I [redacted] was having my apartment painted on 3/*/15 by [redacted] ###-###-#### sent by [redacted] ###-###-#### on the behalf of [redacted]. I gathered my house in preparation for the painting including my 50'' t.v. which was still connected to the antenna. The t.v. was put to the side out of the way on the floor. [redacted] the painter comes into the house and proceeds to walk the apartment to make sure that everything is out of the way he comes into the living room and I step out of the living room into the kitchen for 2 1/2 minutes and came back to the living room just ino time to see [redacted] lifting my t.v. off the floor on he puts it on to top of the children's top bunk fine. He paints the apartment he leaves and put everything in the apartment back together again. I put the t.v. back on its stand and everything looks great I go to plug and connect the t.v. back together and I find that that the antenna jack has been completely broken out of the socket off the t.v. The next morning I call the [redacted] and they said they aren't responsible for anything and that I should call [redacted] the painter I call him at ###-###-#### and he has a thick accent and I tell him that he broke my t.v. I then tell him that if the store where I purchased the t.v. from or the company's maker doesn't fix the t.v. that him and I where going to have to discuss this for cost of repairs I hang up.Later that morning after talking with [redacted] I run to the store where I purchased the t.v. they can't help they tell me to contact the maker so I call HAIER the maker. for about 1 week I go back and forth and provide what they ask me to about the t.v. and they investigate and tell me that they can't do anything because of the type of damage that was done to the t.v. even though I'm under warrenty for one year. I call [redacted] ###-###-#### and all he can tell me is sorry that he broke my t.v. that I purchased two weeks ago while my children have nothing. Is there anything that can be done on my part?
