the first
time that GB Builders has had to respond to a complaint. In regards to the
water concerns mentioned, GB Builders has had a well servicing company out to look at
the well and the owners concerns. Each time the well company found that the
filters were dirty restricting water flow to the house and/or misuse of the
system. The company ran a complete system check on the water pressure, well
pump, and the quantity of water being pumped. The well ran with ease and
without any issues maintaining good water pressure and good water flow. GB Builders
discussed water management with the homeowners in regards to their water usage.
We recommended that their trees be put on a drip system with a timer to help
with water management. We have documentation of all the above and additional
documentation that will not be provided in this forum.
